Referral Process

Step 1 — Submit Referral Inquiry

Attorneys, courts, guardians ad litem, or parents may submit a referral inquiry through the contact form, email, or phone consultation. Court orders and relevant documents may also be provided at this stage.

Step 2 — Case Review & Consultation

The referral is reviewed to determine service appropriateness, scope, timelines, and potential conflicts. An initial consultation may be scheduled to discuss expectations, fees, court requirements, and next steps.

Step 3 — Intake & Scheduling

Required intake paperwork, signed agreements, court orders, and retainers (if applicable) are completed prior to services beginning. Appointments, interviews, home visits, or visitation sessions are then scheduled.

Step 4 — Service Implementation

Step 5 — Documentation & Communication

Professional documentation, summaries, recommendations, or formal reports are completed as appropriate to the referral and may be shared with authorized parties consistent with the court order or service agreement.

Step 6 — Ongoing Coordination & Court Involvement
